For 24/7 Virtual Support, provide your employees with the unique link and have them set up their account using their work email. This will activate the Welcome Box, giving them access to the 24/7 virtual support powered by Pacify and personal-use breast pumps, if that is included in your company’s solution. Pods, Symphony Breast Pumps and Medela accessories are purchased by the employer and placed into the designated office and/or lactation spaces for all breastfeeding moms to access.

We create a custom contract and provide you with one point of contact for everything you need to support your employees to simplify the process and vendor management process.




Are the elements of the program customizable, or do I have to purchase a particular package? I am interested in part of the program. Can I customize for my business? How does program customization work? Do I have to buy all parts of the program?

How long does it take to set-up a pod? Describe the implementation time and process for an employer with 100, 500, and 5000 employees.


From order to delivery, the Mamava fulfillment process typically takes about 6 weeks and can be mom-ready the day of delivery. Installation takes about four hours with two people.




Will materials be provided to me to share with moms? Can they be branded with our company info?

For those who select the full program offerings, a Welcome Box with customizable welcome letter and information about how to activate the 24/7 Virtual Support will be provided. Our nursing space(s) are fully equipped with sink(s) and refrigeration options. Why would I need additional Medela accessories placed in the space?


To best support your employees, the New Moms’ Healthy Returns program offers a selection of Medela’s best-in-class accessories, including Quick CleanTM Wipes, Quick Clean Micro-SteamTM Bags, Quick Clean Sanitizer Spray, Breast Milk Storage Bags, and Bra Pads. These select accessories are an optional, customizable feature intended to make it easier for you to provide your employees with what they need to successfully – and easily – pump at work.




Are there any metrics shared with us on the success of the program?

What can we do to help moms schedule access to the pods so that we don’t have to manage that directly?


Employees can access the Mamava pods directly through the Mamava app or with the designated key code provided to you by your employer. We also can provide guidance to support scheduling needs that work within your organization.




Our insurance plan offers a breast pump at no cost to our expecting employees. Why should I support a personal-use pump add-on?

This a la cart solution allows you to hand pick the offering elements to support your organization needs – offering both personal-use breast pumps and a hospital-grade (multi-user) breast pump solution. From experience with other customers, some employers find value in offering a personal-use breast pump option and adjusting their insurance benefit.




Why should I supply a Symphony Breast Pump in the nursing space? Why can’t employees bring their personal use pumps to work for use?
