There are multiple levels of protection and laws for nursing mothers.
In 2010, the government enacted the federal Break Time for Nursing Mothers law that requires employers covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) to provide basic accommodations for breastfeeding mothers at work. These accommodations include time for non-exempt (hourly) employees to express milk and a private space that is not a bathroom each time they need to pump.

We charge standard rates for products purchased for use in the workplace (e.g., pumps and supplies), and a per-case rate for services, so clients only pay for what they use.
Additionally, our pricing model is different from most wellbeing and family support vendors. We price using a case-rate or usage-based model, so the employer only pays for the products and services that are used. This pricing model allows for greater cost control and optimization of the organization’s spending.
